Ml Realty acquires Forest Park industrial building

ITASCA - ML Realty Partners has acquired a fully leased industrial building at 7750 Industrial Drive in Forest Park.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Home to a full-service warehousing and fulfillment tenant, Partners Fulfillment, the property has convenient access to the entire Metro Chicago highway system with access to and from I-290 at both Des Plaines Avenue and Harlem Avenue. The facility is 77,330 square feet and features 12 exterior docks, 24' clear height and a one-acre parking lot.
