Buckner a class act

Years ago, the Arlington Heights Park District scheduled a baseball clinic with Billy Buckner and Mike Kudrow on a weekday at 6 p.m.

On that day, the Cubs played extra innings, and Buckner and Kudrow didn't arrive until around 7:30 p.m. They stayed and inter acted with all the little leaguers and their parents or guardians late into the night.
