Grayslake Craft Beer Festival coming June 1

The Grayslake Craft Beer Festival will offer more than 150 craft beers from more than 65 breweries. The fest will take place from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, June 1, at the Grayslake Festival Grounds, on South Whitney Street between Center Street and Park Avenue in downtown Grayslake.

Food will be available from BBQ'd Productions Bar & Grill, The Pink Cupcake, Dog n Suds Drive In and Supermercado San Judas Tadeo.

Musical performances will include King by Friday, Achilles and Six Speed Tranny.

Advance tickets are $35 for regular admission, $10 for designated drivers, and $65 for VIP admission (which includes early entry at noon).

All of the net proceeds of the Grayslake Craft Beer Festival will be used for college scholarships for deserving students. Half of the scholarships will be awarded by the Exchange Club of Grayslake and half will be awarded by the Grayslake Chamber of Commerce.
