Lee & Associates brokers two sales in Lake Zurich

LAKE ZURICH — Lee & Associates recently closed a pair of transactions in Lake Zurich.

The buildings at 952 and 956 Donata Court in Lake Zurich were sold in two separate transactions. Rick Anesi, vice president of Lee & Associates, represented the seller Oslo Development in both transactions, as well the buyer for 956 Donata. The units were 6,980 square feet each.

Terms of the sales were not announced.

“The location and size of the units were a great fit for both transactions,” Anesi said. “South Lake County is a tight market and inventory is on the low side.”
