Wolves need us; we need wolves
I wholeheartedly agree with Pat Korallus of a couple of weeks ago that the wolf must be protected. To learn about the wolf's threatened life, please read "American Wolf," recommended on PBS Newshour by Nate Blakeslee. It is the true documented life story of one female wolf in our West. She's a star among wolves. She's a mate, a mother and leader of her pack. But survival is uncertain.
