Acquired Sales buys stake in CBD-infused beverage firms

LAKE FOREST - Acquired Sales Corp. said it has purchased 4.99% of CBD-infused beverage maker Ablis Holding Company and craft distillers Bendistillery Inc. and Bend Spirits, Inc. Bend, Oregon, in a cash transaction or approximately $1.9 million.

The companies manufacture award-winning Crater Lake Spirits brand of gin, vodka and whiskey.

"Ablis' 2019 sales have been growing by over 250% year to date compared to 2018," said Jim Bendis, founder and owner of Ablis, Bendistillery and Bend Spirits. "We expect this cash infusion from Acquired Sales Corp. will even further accelerate Ablis' growth rate."

Acquired Sales is a development firm focused on investing in companies in the growing CBD and cannabis industries, according to Reuters.
