The heart of the matter

A letter on April 8 suggested that the special prosecutor Robert Mueller has earned himself some prison time. The writer suggested that Mr. Mueller has run afoul of USCA 2385 "Advocating Overthrow of Government."

Probably this statute in its entirety is unconstitutional, but that is just my opinion. However, I would think that before relying on a statute to throw someone in prison, one might actually read the whole statute. Advocating overthrow of government is perfectly legal. Try reading the First Amendment. However advocating the VIOLENT overthrowing is illegal under this statute.

Next time you quote, try not leaving out the heart of the matter.
