Stranger than fiction

The Mueller report is public, a report that should never have been. It's genesis: an unverified and phony dossier of Russian lies paid for by Hillary Clinton, fed to then-Obama Justice Department, leaked to The Washington Post, triggering the creation of the Special Counsel investigation. Finally, the report: No Russian collusion, No verdict on the obstruction of justice, evaluation punted to the Justice Department. Also no. But remember, if no unfounded investigation, no assumed basis for obstruction of justice.

There is another side to the Mueller investigation. The behavior of the Democratic Party and its sordid and dishonest mainstream media. Day in and day out for over two years, we were privy to the sight of Schiff, Swalwell, Hirano and many others proclaiming that they had credible evidence of collusion. Really? The shameless complicit media and its paid expert contributors, called the president despicable names, asserted that there was collusion, proof yet to be found. (Impeach him).

They crossed the line into despicable irresponsibility: that President Donald Trump possibly committed treasonous acts. How can hate drive any person's mind and soul to such depravity? CNN, MSNBC lead the charge. Their hosts: Don Lemon, Gupta, Morning Joe, Chuck Todd, Andrea Mitchell, Rachael Maddow. Two of the most notable of their many guests: John Brennan, former FBI Director and James Clapper, former head of NIA. They lied for money.

Can anyone trust CNN or MSNBC or the rest of the crowd for accurate news or unbiased opinion? Driven by hate they trashed their own reputation for money. They are fake news indeed.

Ironic twist of fate: The Democrats regained control of the House and appointed ever-lying Adam Schiff as chairman of the Intelligence Committee. Reality stranger than fiction?
