Township assessor sought

Libertyville Township is inviting qualified residents to apply for the position of township assessor to replace Peggy Freese, who is retiring June 4. Candidates must have lived in the township for one year, be a registered voter and have a CIAO certificate. The chosen candidate will be appointed by the township board to carry out the duties of the office until an election for a new assessor is held in May 2021.
