• A green John Deere tractor, valued at $700, was stolen between 11 p.m. April 18 and 11:20 a.m. Tuesday from the 45W400 block of Bahr Road near Hampshire, according to a sheriff's report.

• Barney R. Freeman, 58, of the 500 block of Montgomery Road, Aurora, was arrested and charged at 8:54 p.m. Tuesday with possession of a stolen credit card and theft after his neighbor complained that Freeman stole his wallet from the 1100 block of Gate Street near Aurora and used it to make $140 in purchases, according to a sheriff's report.

• Four tires and high-end rims, valued at $4,500, were stolen off a truck on the 34W100 block of Base Court near East Dundee between 7:30 p.m. April 17 and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to a sheriff's report.
