'Frog Lady' visits Woodland kindergartners
"The Frog Lady" and her reptiles and amphibians visited with kindergarten students Thursday at Woodland Elementary District 50's Primary School in Gages Lake.
Deb Kroh is an award-winning professional naturalist whose work has been featured on "Animal Planet," "Oprah," and the "WGN Morning Show."
During her herpetology presentation, students learned about the similarities and differences between reptiles and amphibians, and they had the opportunity to meet and interact with over 20 live animals.
The presentation was funded by the Woodland School District 50 Parent Teacher Association.
