Passion Play at Holy Family's Good Friday services

Holy Family Parish in Inverness will continue a tradition spanning more than two decades with the presentation of a Passion Play as the centerpiece of its Good Friday services.

This year, the story is told through the eyes of a Roman centurion. The 44-member cast and crew features teens from 10 schools in the Northwest suburbs portraying Christ's Passion through drama, video and song.

"The Centurion's Tale: A Passion Play" will be performed during Good Friday services at noon, 3 and 7:30 p.m. at the parish, 2515 Palatine Road. For details, call (847) 907-3400.
