Batavia Kiwanis to host Pasta Art Dente April 18

Come to the all-new "Pasta Art Dente," a night of food, family and art hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Batavia and the entire K-Family in Batavia.

"Pasta Art Dente" will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Riverview Banquets on Route 25 in Batavia. The menu includes all-you-can-eat spaghetti, salad, bread and dessert.

This year, they will be featuring art and have performances by students in Kiwanis Club of Batavia's Student Leadership Programs. Enjoy a plate of spaghetti with your family and friends all while supporting children in the community. While there, don't forget to enter the 50/50 raffle.

Cost is $10; $5 for children, ages 6 to 12; and free for children age 5 and younger.

There is a free "Family to Go Special." For $30, get all the fixings for a family spaghetti dinner for four which includes spaghetti, sauce, salad and a dessert.

All proceeds will go to our youth service programs such as Batavia High School Key Club, Builders Club, K-Kids as well as scholarships for Batavia students. Help the Kiwanis Club of Batavia continue to provide growth opportunities to the youth of Batavia and service to the community.

The Kiwanis Club of Batavia meets twice monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at Andre's Restaurant from noon to 1 p.m. and the third Tuesday of each month at downtown Batavia Panera from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. You are invited to join any of the Kiwanis Club of Batavia meetings.

Kiwanis is an international service organization dedicated to changing the world one child, one community at a time. The club makes its mark by responding to the needs of the community with a variety of local projects and a multitude of youth programs with emphasis on service leadership. Children are the future, and club members enjoy volunteering time to work alongside them to strengthen the community.
