Grains mostly higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was up 2 cents at $4.6240 a bushel; May corn fell 1 cent at $3.60 a bushel; May oats gained 7.80 cents at $2.8720 a bushel; while May soybeans rose .20 cent at 8.9720 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Apr. live cattle was off .32 cent at $1.2595 a pound; Apr. feeder cattle rose .50 cent at $1.4582 a pound; Apr. lean hogs fell .07 cent at .7925 a pound.
