Senior Services dinner dance April 26 to have 'Roaring '20s' theme
On Friday, April 26, Senior Services Associates is hosting its annual dinner, dance and silent auction fundraiser at the Villa Olivia Country Club in Bartlett. Doors open at 6 p.m.
This fundraising event will help build awareness of the needs of seniors in our community.
Funds raised will benefit the programs and services needed by seniors and disabled persons to maintain their dignity and independence.
Attendees will mingle with Elgin's local celebrities, community leaders, and representatives of state and local government while enjoying a delicious 4-course dinner including a wine toast.
There will be friendly competition over many amazing silent and live auction items, including a trip to Downtown Chicago, gift certificates to local dining establishments, and more!
Talented Elgin-area seniors have always been integral to this event. They will once again entertain the audience with several Roaring 1920s themed dance numbers that will awe and inspire. Guests are invited to dance to live music immediately following the program.
Tickets are $80 or a table of 10 for $750. Reservations are due by Friday, April 19.
Guests, and those who cannot attend, may purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a "Gangster Getaway" featuring of three-days/two-nights at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, a Gangster Tour and an elegant dinner for two, valued at $1,000.
Attendees can reserve event seats and purchase raffle tickets at the Elgin Senior Center, or online at seniorservicesassoc.org.
Proceeds will support the programs and services provided by the agency.
