Letter: Bicyclists should obey stop signs

In response to Steve Weeks' comment on bicyclists using rearview mirrors for safety, he omitted a continual problem with cyclists. As a rule, cyclists do not stop at stop signs. Bicyclists must obey the "Rules of the Road" as motorized vehicle drivers do. The onus for safety is every operators responsibility!
