England defender Rose can't wait for career end over racism
LONDON (AP) - Racist abuse has left England defender Danny Rose looking forward to the end of his playing career.
Along with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Rose was targeted by Montenegro fans with monkey chants during a European Championship qualifier last month that England won.
Rose says he's "had enough" of being racially abused on a soccer field.
Montenegro's soccer federation has been charged by UEFA over the racist behavior of its fans.
The 28-year-old Rose says, "I've got five or six more years left in football and I just can't wait to see the back of it."
