Girls soccer: Devera delivers in return for Round Lake

Round Lake 3, Woodstock North 0: Dana Devera scored twice and added an assist in her season debut, and the visiting Panthers won their third straight to improve to 3-1.
Devera, a junior forward, had been out with an injury.
Evelyn Hierzer had Round Lake's other goal, and Natasha Wawrzyniak contributed an assist. Winning keeper Giselle Raygoza made 4 saves.
"The team played very well today," Panthers coach Josue Jimenez said. "We had a better second half with a lot more energy. ... Alexandria Wawrzyniak and Andrea Guzman did a great job controlling the midfield. Defense was solid the entire game."
Collinsville 2, Warren 0: At Lou Fusz Soccer Complex in St. Louis, the Blue Devils allowed a goal in each half.
Warren keepers Alana Turner and Sarah Barbosa each had 2 saves. The Blue Devils named Florida Southern commit Courtney Chomko their player of the game.
Warren (0-3-1) will play Granite Cityon Saturday in the Parkway College Showcase.
