Even war heroes have human frailties
Regarding the cartoon March 22 showing President Trump kicking Sen. McCain's headstone. Admittedly I abhor the horrible statements that Trump made concerning McCain's capture during his military service, but I believe a similar cartoon could be drawn showing McCain kicking Trump on his head for those hideous comments. After all, did not McCain cost the deciding vote to prevent the repeal of the Affordable Care Act? Not only that, but he continually showed his hatred against Trump by often siding across the aisle with the Democrats. I believe the senator who served his country gallantly could not stand for Trump to be successful, so he did as much as he could to harass, embarrass and destroy his ambitions. Yes, even war heroes are human and can have personal frailties, such as seeking revenge.
