Gurnee church to host indoor farmers market

An Indoor Winter Farmers Market featuring a wide range of seasonal, sustainably produced goods from local farmers will be hosted at a Gurnee church next weekend. Winter produce, honey, meat, eggs, baked goods, bread, salsas, and more are expected to be available for purchase. This once-per-year indoor farmers market will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, at the Annunciation of Our Lady Episcopal Church, at 5725 Stearns School Road in Gurnee. The church has partnered with the environmental nonprofit Faith in Place to host the event this year.
