Benson joins Lexington Homes as sales vice president

Chicago-based Lexington Homes announced Garrison Benson has joined the firm as vice president of sales.

Benson will manage sales for Lexington Homes' five current townhouse and single-family rowhome communities, and will oversee the launch of a number of new communities later this year.

Most recently, Benson was founder of Chicago-based Garrison Partners, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm that managed more than $3 billion in for-sale residential real estate throughout the U.S. Prior to that, he was vice president of product development, marketing and sales for Chicago-based MCL Companies from 1990 to 1994. Benson also served as vice president of Equity Realty.

Benson graduated from the University of Northern Michigan with a bachelor's degree in marketing and business administration.
