Bark in the Park event April 6 in Hawthorn Woods

Hawthorn Woods is hosting the annual Bark in the Park from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 6, at Community Park, Old McHenry and Quentin roads.

Dogs are welcome to gather with family and friends for the free community event that includes a variety of vendors. Canines also can enjoy treats, pampering, fun activities and more.

Dogs can run freely in an off-leash enclosure area. Participating dogs should be up to date on all vaccinations including influenza. All dogs should be leashed.
