Cary-Grove 3, Carmel 0: The Trojans (2-0-1) rode a balanced scoring attack and strong defensive effort to a nonconference victory. Jenna Stayart scored 2 of the 3 goals for Cary-Grove while McKenna Sheehan saved 2 shots in goal.
Batavia 1, Naperville North 1: The lone goal for Batavia (2-1-1) came off a corner kick from Abby Zipse, assisted by Anna Holcombe. Aubrey Hahn and Hailey Flanagan combined for 3 saves for the Bulldogs.
