C2E2 Show Attracts Vintage Comic Book Fans-March 22-24

Vincent Zurzolo-one of the world's leading authorities on vintage comic books-will be attending the pop culture extravaganza C2E2, March 22-24 at McCormick Place. He'll be bringing some extremely rare, valuable comic books with him. If you'd like to view these rarities and speak to a knowledgeable insider regarding the high-stakes world of collectible comics, no one tells it better or more colorfully than Vincent.

Vincent will be showcasing a copy of Action Comics #1, the most treasured book in the genre's history. The 1938 comic marked the first appearance of Superman-the world's original superhero-and because there are fewer than 100 known copies, it's extremely valuable. (Vincent's company, Metropolis Collectibles, holds four Guinness World Records related to million-dollar sales of Action #1, also known as "the holy grail of comics.")

In addition, Vincent will be displaying a 9.2 CGC-rated Amazing Fantasy #15, the most valuable book of the Silver Age (1956-1970). The book marks Spider-Man's first appearance-and its value continues to climb with the superhero's popularity. Considering Spider-Man's beloved creator, Stan Lee's recent passing, this comic will be timely and interesting to fans of the comics and movies.

Vincent can tell you why that is. He can also tell you what's trending in the comic book world, what makes the best investments right now and more. Vincent is not only an expert on comic book lore and values, he's a fascinating speaker. He has appeared on episodes of Hollywood Treasures, Hidden Treasures and Strange Inheritance and has been interviewed by USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, among others.

Metropolis Collectibles-the world's largest vintage comic book dealership-will be in Booth 1319 at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) at McCormick Place.
