Barrington Citizen of the Year nominees wanted
The nonprofit Barrington Area Development Council is seeking nominations for its annual Citizen of the Year Award. The council looks for a local resident who has shown exemplary leadership and contribution to the greater Barrington area through volunteer efforts. The winner will be selected from nominees representing, but not limited to, fields such as youth service, public service, philanthropy, health care, conservation, preservation, education and transportation. Nominations must be submitted by April 8 at barringtoncitizenoftheyear.org. For information, contact (847) 385-8929.
