Congressman to honor Vietnam veterans

U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider will honor Vietnam War veterans Sunday in a gathering at the Cook Park Library in Libertyville. The event is part of a national commemoration of the war that was authorized by Congress. Special pins and certificates will be given to veterans from the 10th Congressional District or to the families of deceased veterans. The gathering is set for 3 p.m. at the library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave.
