Batavia

• Denise A. Jackson, 52, of the 1900 block of Fays Lane, Sugar Grove, was arrested and charged with retail theft of $234.28 in groceries at 8:31 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 810 N. Randall Road, according to police.

• Three railroad model kits valued at $46 were reported stolen at 1:40 p.m. March 7 from a mailbox on the 700 block of Nordic Court.

• A resident of the 300 block of Republic Road reported a case of identity theft at 12:15 p.m. Monday after receiving a Macy's card in the mail that the resident did not apply for. The account was opened in Florida.
