• A resident of the 42W400 block of Keslinger Road near Elburn reported at 6:04 p.m. March 3 that $4,700 had been stolen from their home, according to a sheriff's report.

• An estimated $600 damage was done to a screen door and garage door during a break-in at a residence on the 5N400 block of Brown Road near St. Charles; the damage was reported by homeowners at 5:01 p.m. Friday, according to a sheriff's report.
