The choice for mayor in Prospect Heights

Initiating change is equally impactful as the foundation for change itself. I am a resident of Prospect Heights and a friend, colleague, and neighbor of Lawrence E. Rosenthal - candidate for mayor of Prospect Heights. I am writing to express my wholehearted support for Mr. Rosenthal for mayor. I have personally seen the positive and impactful change he has brought and can continue to bring, if elected mayor of Prospect Heights.

Mr. Rosenthal has been an active member and contributor within the community, recently serving as Alderman of Ward 2. In this capacity Mr. Rosenthal not only listened and served his constituents, but advocated for residents outside his Ward by proving an active voice to community concerns in neighborhoods around Hillside Lake, the Slough and McDonald Creek.

As a successful businessman who served as CEO and COO over a 40-year career, Mr. Rosenthal has a distinguished track record of accomplishments attained through collaboration and a common sense solution-based approach to intricate challenges. As mayor, his first priority would include directing the increased financial resources that will be coming to the city to important project that will directly benefit all residents. These include flood control, street repairs, water resources and correcting identified maintenance issues with our sewer system.

While we may not always agree with our representatives, one should admire their commitment to represent our voice for the greater good. Will Mr. Rosenthal solve every challenge we face? Probably not. But he may just solve most of them.
