Woodland Elementary East Announces February ROAR Students

Gages Lake--Woodland Elementary East would like to recognize the following students for becoming ROAR Kids during the month of February. Students selected as ROAR Kids demonstrated OWNERSHIP during this month in a variety of ways.

ROAR is part of the district-wide behavioral framework, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) theme. ROAR represents Respect, Ownership, Acceptance and being Ready to learn (ROAR). This is the ninth year Woodland Elementary East has implemented PBIS.

"When the students at Woodland Elementary East display values that have a positive impact on those around them, we would like to take the time to acknowledge them and encourage all of our students to display these values," said Assistant Principal Mrs. Katie Culver.

1st grade: Chloe Arnold, Dakota Barkus, Annie Doyle, Ellyanna Engler, Pia Khodaverdian, Maddie McCarthy, Xavier Medina, Abdulrahman Meriden, Christopher Nustra, Dylan Pengelly, Josiah Rosenberg, Enzo Hendelman Silva, Anna Smith, and Colin Wise

2nd grade: Matthew Bourgeois, Brielle Duran, Amelia Lee D'Amico, Ryker Francis, Levi Jacques, Valeria Jimenez, Jake Pascoe, Clare Penfold, Ryker Reif, Shayna Seaton, Lila Simon, Andrea Villalobos, and Brendan Voss

3rd grade: Dane Byers, Christopher Correa, Kai Goschy, Shane Grospe, Ramona Luri, Isaiah Reyes, Mohammad Samhan, and Abigail Saum
