SET Environment to move HQ to Oakbrook Terrace

OAKBROOK TERRACE - NAI Hiffman recently represented SET Environment, a national provider of environmental management solutions, in securing a new lease in Oakbrook Terrace.

SET Environmental signed a long-term lease to occupy 6,200 square feet at One Tower Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. SET Environmental chose the Oakbrook Terrace Tower location to prepare for future growth as well as its modern finishes, including glass surfaces and expansive windows, and breathtaking views of Chicago's skyline.

The space will serve as its new headquarter location as SET Environmental relocates from 1400 16th Street, Oak Brook. SET Environmental is undergoing a custom build-out of the office and anticipates occupancy in early spring.
