Hard-working alderman

I have been a resident of Elmhurst for the past eight years and have seen significant changes in the community. The downtown area is thriving, new home construction is strong, and the flooding issues are getting better. This is in large part due to the policies of our local government.

I know my 4th Ward Alderman, Noel Talluto, has been a significant contributor to the effectiveness of our City Council over the last four years. Noel is hard working, intelligent, and trustworthy. Our families have been friends since we moved here, and I have seen firsthand her contributions to many different organizations. She will make the right decisions for the 4th Ward and the City of Elmhurst.

Noel Talluto's re-election is approaching on April 2. I plan to vote for her and ask that others vote for her too.
