Services set for Wheeling Trustee Ken Brady

A Life Celebration Mass for longtime Wheeling village Trustee Ken Brady will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 2, at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 181 W. Dundee Road in Wheeling.

Brady, 77, died Saturday, Feb. 23 after a fall. He served 14 years as a Wheeling village trustee and 18 years before that on the village's plan commission. He also served as Grand Knight for Knights of Columbus Regina Council #4837 and a member of the Carpenter's Union Local #181, Wheeling Helping Hands, Garden Club and the Wheeling Historical Society.

Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, at The Community Hall of St. Joseph the Worker.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Wheeling Helping Hands at www.wheelinghelpinghands.org/donate would be greatly appreciated.
