Hydrox Laboratories renews lease in Elgin

ELGIN - Lee & Associates recently completed a lease renewal for an 83,122-square-foot industrial building at 825 Tollgate Road in Elgin.

Nick Eboli, senior vice president of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, and Steve Bass of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Hydrox Laboratories. Dan Jones and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty represented the owner, Colony Capital. "It was a collaborative effort between the parties that created solutions for Hydrox to continue to grow in their existing facility," Eboli said.
