Elgin OCTAVE will host a candidate forum for Elgin City Council and mayor from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 1070 South St. in Elgin.

The first part of this forum will feature the Elgin City Council candidates.

The second part will feature the two candidates who are running for mayor.

Written questions will be taken from the audience. This is a way to learn where the candidates stand as you prepare for the Elgin elections on Tuesday, April 2.
