Elk Grove Carnival of Exceptional Character set for Feb. 23

The Community Character Coalition of Elk Grove will host its annual Carnival of Exceptional Character from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Elk Grove Park District Pavilion, 1000 Wellington Ave.

The free event includes free food, games and fun for the whole family. As families travel through booths with carnival-style games and activities, they will learn about the community service groups that help make Elk Grove Village an exceptional community with exceptional character.
