Delays on Metra Union Pacific West Line after pedestrian hit by train

Delays are being reported on Metra's Union Pacific West Line after a freight train hit a pedestrian near Villa Park.
The Metra website is reporting delays of up to 35 minutes on outbound trains on the Union Pacific Line. Inbound trains are operating with minimal delays.
The cause of the crash and the injuries are unknown at this time.
