Termini, Ferro win sectional titles

Burlington Central senior Nick Termini won the 145-pound weight class at the Class 2A Geneseo regional on Saturday with a fall in :55 against Thomas Konetski (35-8) from Clifton.

Termini, now 46-0, also won a 10-3 decision and 15-4 major decision in his first two sectional matches.

In the 220-pound weight class, Burlington Central sophomore Josue Ferro improved to 34-7 with a 10-6 decision, fall in 3:10, and then in the championship match another fall in 5:20 over Jacob Waskow from Canton.
