DSC Logistics promotes Dilley to Chief Operating Officer

DES PLAINES - DSC Logistics has promoted Michelle Dilley to Chief Operating Officer.

As DSC's Chief Supply Chain Transformation Officer for over two years, Dilley led the vision for the DSC operating platform of the future and implemented strategic initiatives to deliver continuous improvement.As COO, Dilley continues to lead the company's transformation initiative and is directly responsible for DSC's logistics center operations, which include more than 50 logistics centers nationwide, spanning over 23 million square feet. She will also lead DSC's packaging services operations, and continues to have responsibility for engineering, safety and security, quality, business process integration, performance excellence and operations training.

Before joining DSC, Dilley served as Senior Vice President, Operations at LaSalle Bristol, LP from 2014 to 2017, where she was accountable for supply chain operations throughout the United States and Canada. From 2009 to 2014, she served as Vice President, Supply Chain at Ascension Health, a nonprofit health system, where she led the supply chain business transformation and operational redesign. Dilley started her career at Whirlpool Corporation, where she served in a variety of roles, including General Manager, Global Indirect Goods & Services Sourcing from 2005 to 2009. Dilley serves on the board of directors for STAG Industrial, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the acquisition and operation of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
