Award for Tick-Tock Clock Repairs in Palatine

A 42-year-old family business in Palatine has received a first-place service award for 2018 from Angie's List.

Tick-Tock Clock Repairs and Sales Inc. Co-owner Jim Denno said the award took many years to achieve. He added it shows "that hard work does pay off."

Denno was trained by masters in Germany and his wife, Vicky, picked up the trade and assists in the work. The couple's son, Alex, runs the day-to-day operations. Tick-Tock repairs most models of modern and antique clocks.
