Carol Stream Woman's Club offers two scholarships

The Carol Stream Woman's Club will be awarding two $1,000 scholarships to female Carol Stream residents who will be graduating high school in 2019 and attending college in the fall of 2019.

Students should fill out the application at cswc.org.

Carol Stream Woman's Club is a nonprofit organization with strong community commitments.

Scholarship applicants are judged not only on their academic merits but also on their extracurricular and volunteer activities.

The scholarship is intended to honor the student who demonstrates strong academic achievements while balancing extracurricular activities, community involvement and strong leadership.

Applications are due Friday, March 15.

The winners will be presented their checks at the April 16 meeting of the Club. If you have questions, email carolstreamwomansclub@gmail.com.
