Barrington District 220 recognizes teachers for earning national certification

Barrington Area Unit District 220 board members have recognized two teachers who have renewed a highly respected credential.

Joslyn Katz, an instructional coach at Roslyn Road Elementary School, and Glenn Miller, a second-grade instructor at Lines Elementary, both remain as national board certified teachers. Teachers receive the certification through a rigorous process and must renew every 10 years.

District 220 has 40 educators who have the credential.
