Lee & Associates closes lease deals in Hanover Park

HANOVER PARK — Lee & Associates recently closed a lease renewal transaction for a 68,208-square-foot industrial space located at 1625 Hunter Road, Suite A in Hanover Park.

Mike Plumb, principal, and Andrew Block, associate, both of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the owner, Prologis. Jeff Janda, SIOR, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, Schnidt Cartage, a local warehouse and distribution company.

The Lee & Associates team also recently leased 30,262 square feet at 1625 Hunter Road, Suite B to SWF, Inc, represented by Andrew Maletich of Cawley Chicago.
