Round Lake Area Garden Club to host seed swap Saturday

The Round Lake Area Garden Club will host its annual seed swap from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center, off Hook Drive west of Route 83.

Visitors can choose from more than 10,000 seed packets at no charge. The event features a seed-saving demonstration by Cultivating the Commons; hands-on instruction from Illinois Extension master gardeners; activities for kids; door prizes and raffles; and information on several local horticulture and garden opportunities.
