Hanover Township offers free tax preparation
Hanover Township and volunteers from AARP are offering free tax preparation at the Township Senior Center, 240 S. Rte. 59 in Bartlett.
Appointments are required and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments will not be scheduled after April 10.
Participants are asked to pick up the necessary documentation prior to their appointment, or arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
Last year 480 individuals utilized this program.
All returns will be filed electronically and printouts will be given to each participant for their records. Benefit Access application assistance will also be available during these times.
