Frens scores 18 in Westminster's win

Westminster Christian 44, Larkin JV 37: Westminster Christian (6-13) picked up its third straight win at the Elgin City Classic. Keely Frens led the Warriors with 18 points.

St. Charles East 42, East Aurora 35: Ashley DiOrio led the offense for St. Charles East (3-18) with 16 points.

Hampshire 35, CL South 24: Kate Lawson scored 7 points for CL South (6-14, 3-7) and Gabrielle Trier added 6 points. Kelby Bannerman led all scorers with 10 points for Hampshire.

IC Catholic Prep 54, ACC 45: Delani Kosner and Lizzie Albert each scored in double digits for ACC (9-14, 3-4) with 14 points and 12 points, respectively.

Cary-Grove 52, Huntley 43: Kamsi Nwogu scored 20 points for Huntley (6-15, 3-7) and Anna Seng added 7 points in the loss in Fox Valley Conference play.
