Hanover Township Food Pantry helps federal employees
At the direction of Hanover Township Supervisor Brian McGuire, the Hanover Township Food Pantry has opened its doors to federal employees in the township who have been affected by the government shutdown.
Federal employees do not need to fill out an application, but must display their government ID badges.
As of Wednesday morning, one affected family already had made use of the new policy, township officials said.
