Michael Best scored 31 points Friday night to lead Wheeling to a 67-45 Mid-Suburban League East boys basketball win over Elk Grove.

Brandon Zettek (12 points), Jeremy Kim (10) and Cade Zalewski (7) also contributed for the Wildcats (5-11, 1-4) in their Senior Night win.
