The Geneva Public Library will host "Middle School Tools on Stress & Worries" for students in sixth to eighth grade and their parents from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10, at the library, 127 James St.

Middle school brings additional responsibilities, changing friendships, and new levels of self-awareness that can lead to stress, worry, and anxiety.

This program will teach middle schoolers and parents six techniques for effective stress management and healthy coping skills.

This program will be led by Michelle J. Clark, M.S.Ed., LCPC, NCC, Director of Emotional Wellness Programs with TriCity Family Services.
