Man robs Arlington Heights store at gunpoint

Authorities are searching for a man who robbed an Arlington Heights convenience store at gunpoint last week.

According to a bulletin from Arlington Heights police, the robber entered the business on the 1400 block of East Hintz Road at 4:23 a.m. Saturday, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money.

The man was described as a Hispanic man, 20 to 30 years old, standing 5'4" to 5'8", with a skinny build. He was wearing sneakers with white bottoms, red pants, a navy blue shirt, a black jacket and a dark cloth covering his face.
